- filling out and submitting a declaration with additional data for the tax office NIP-8;

- preparation of other accompanying documents for proper registration with the tax office;

- registration of the company in the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries.

- purchase or rental of vehicles;

- signing an agreement with the transport manager;

- signing a contract for transport services (parking, maintenance);

- carrier liability insurance;

- official payments for the administrative procedure.

5. Employment of drivers and legalization of stay of drivers

Due to the shortage of C+E category drivers in Poland, almost all Polish companies are “hunting” for drivers from Ukraine and Belarus.
