- foreigners who have a temporary residence permit and are married to a Polish citizen, living on the territory of Poland;
- foreigners who have a temporary residence permit for the purpose of carrying out entrepreneurial activity, issued in connection with the continuation of entrepreneurial activity, which is already carried out on the basis of an entry in the CEIDG;
- foreigners who have temporary protection in Poland;
- foreigners, having a valid Card of a Pole;
- foreigners who are a family member (spouse) of an EU citizen;
- foreigners who are a direct descendant (child) of an EU citizen or his/her spouse under the age of 21.
