b) the company employs at least two employees for an indefinite period who: are employed full-time for at least an hour, are citizens of Poland or have refugee status, or they have received consent for admissible stay or the stay of a long-term resident of the EU, they are allowed permanent residence, they use temporary or additional protection, they are citizens of EU countries, or

c) it is necessary to prove that there are means to fulfill the specified conditions in the future or actions are being taken to fulfill the conditions in the future; especially those that promote technology transfer, investment growth, innovation implementation, and job creation.
