When registering a company, you will need to indicate the legal address of registration, this must be taken care of in advance.
The legal address is a mandatory attribute of the company; almost everything is tied to it - from the location of the court registry, which stores the company’s registration documentation, to the link to the registration and regulatory authorities.
This address is indicated in the state register of enterprises and each company is obliged to update it in the register when the address changes.
Letters sent to a legal address and not received by the company are considered delivered.
A good legal address is also important when registering a company as a VAT payer, because at the same time, the company is checked by the tax office to ensure the validity of the address.
There are two ways to obtain a legal address for a company in Poland: enter into a lease agreement for only a legal address, or a full-fledged office. We carry out both options, choosing the right one, according to the wishes and capabilities of the customer.
Rent a legal address
Involves receiving correspondence, scanning it and sending it to the tenant by email. This service is included in the standard package and costs about 100 PLN per month. You can reduce the cost by paying for the service a year in advance. A more expanded package can be selectively supplemented with other services: provision of meeting rooms, secretarial services, co-working, etc.
There are other, cheaper options for renting a legal address, where the price does not include scanning of correspondence, or is included with certain restrictions. However, foreign founders should consider concluding a standardlegal address lease agreement - with scanning of correspondence and forwarding by e-mail. This is due to the fact that government agencies can send requests that require a response both before the end of registration and after it is completed.
